warning: if you ever do the 5K training feature on a treadmill, do not assume the feature is wacky or you accidentally selected the wrong level if you have a relatively easy go of it for the first 2/3 of the workout.  I was only ranging from 0.0 to 2.4 on the incline, so I increased my speed from my standard 6.0 to 6.2-6.3 to work up a decent sweat and thinking that I lucked out with an easy workout today.  Imagine my delight during the last freakin’ 10 minutes at an insane 5.0 incline, with only a few brief breaks all the way down to 4.0.  It was tough, I did need to lower down to 5.8 mph during part of it.
