Lower Body-Easy
Strength Training 1 Comment »I’m still feeling sore and tight after each workout from my lower body strength straining session a whole week ago! Took it easy on a modified schedule-no lunges or squats today. Hopefully I’ll be back up to “full strength” by the end of the week.
