New Treadmill Fun
Run February 22nd, 2008Kim told me about trying the 5k training feature on the treadmill, so I gave it a try today. Being the competitive sort, I selected level five and set my speed a 6.0. What a great workout! I have to admit, when the incline jumped up to 4.3 towards the end, I had to pysch myself into finishing. I burned probably 100 more calories than if I had just run the same distance at a higher speed with no incline. OK, Kim, the gauntlet has been thrown…will you up me a level?
