Upper Body, Abs and Core
Strength Training No Comments »Increased my weight on most of my lifts–did pretty good but I’ll be sore tomorrow. New ab challenge: I can do about 15-20 straight out leg lifts on a Roman chair–tried to one while hanging from bars–omg! I didn’t even get 1/2 up on one, but I’m going to keep trying until I can do at least ten.
