Interval Run
Run No Comments »De-stressed tonight with a great interval run. It went by so fast, I loved breaking it down into 3 minute segments–2 min at 6 mph, then 1 min at 7.2-7.5 (I laddered up and down). I am definitely going to do this once a week.
