Lower Body Strength Training
Strength Training No Comments »Increased squats to 90 lbs, sled to 110 lbs. Trying to come up with a new program–think I will try 3-5 RM, I’m at about 10-12 RM right now. Wish I could afford to hire a personal trainer to help me figure it out!
